David E. Mosier, CPA

David Mosier is the Executive Vice President of Benefits Operations and the Life and Health Practice Leader. David will work with the Executive Management Team to establish comprehensive long-term goals, strategies, plans and policies for the TPA, Compliance Services, Healthcare Exchanges and both retail and wholesale Benefit Service Operations. David is a seasoned insurance professional who brings more than 24 years of experience to Hamilton. His leadership experience spans all internal corporate departments and he brings expert background in integrating third-party insurance systems with payroll service bureau systems, as well as self-funded administration, MEWA's, Captive Trusts, and Association Benefits. Before joining Hamilton, David led benefit operations at BenefitMall and created their national payroll service bureau in 2010. He also served as the President of Administration and Chief Financial Officer for Kelly & Associates Insurance Group Inc. for 15 years. He is a Certified Public Accountant, received his BS in Business from University of Baltimore, has invested in the MBA in Fiance program at Loyola College. He services as the Treasurer and past-President of the Baltimore County Police Foundation, a member of Hamilton Bank Advisory Board, and Maryland's Health Benefit Exchange Advisory Board.
